Bits of your job:
Design high-performing ads (video-first, but also static) for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, using stock footage, AI-generated visuals, product footage, subtitles, hooks, and overlays.
Translate briefs, references, and feedback into clear, testable creative executions, adapting visuals and angles across concepts.
Actively hunt for ad inspiration in the wild (trends, competitors, formats, hooks) and turn those insights into creatives we can test.
Use AI tools as part of your daily workflow to speed up production, explore variations, and improve creative output.
Collaborate closely with the Design Performance team and Creative Strategy team, iterating fast and improving creatives through feedback.
Manage multiple tasks at once while keeping files, versions, and handoffs clean and organized.

Requirements
Key expectations:
Higher education in graphic design or a related field.
A portfolio that clearly shows short-format video ad editing (TikTok / Reels / Shorts style).
Solid working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop ( After Effects is a strong plus).
Confidence in editing fast-paced, scroll-stopping videos with good rhythm, structure, and visual clarity.
Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for video and static ad creation.
Understanding of social media-first content and performance creatives (hooks, pacing, clarity, and adaptability).
Ability to take feedback well, iterate quickly, and improve output over time.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn within a fast-moving performance design team.
Salary: 900-1400 €/mon. net
Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
