Job Description

This role supports the IngramSpark International Business Development function by providing day-to-day support across international authors, publishers, and affiliates, associations, joint venture partners, and global distribution partners. Supports international sales activities across multiple regions and priority markets by coordinating onboarding, account follow-ups, affiliate and partner support, and execution of sales-led growth initiatives. Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT to ensure international opportunities are converted into active accounts, published titles, and international distribution. The role is accountable for delivering timely onboarding, effective follow-up, and consistent execution in support of international growth objectives. This role is based in Milton Keynes UK.

Essential Duties:

  • Supports day-to-day coordination of international author and publisher accounts.
  • Support the achievement of international sales objectives by contributing to account activation, pipeline support, campaign execution, and affiliate enablement, with performance tracked against agreed objectives and KPIs
  • Coordinates onboarding and follow-up activities for new international accounts.
  • Supports execution of international sales campaigns in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Supports onboarding and coordination of affiliate, association, and partner accounts.
  • Supports coordination and follow-up across international commercial partners, including associations, joint venture partners, affiliates, and global distribution partners.
  • Maintains accurate tracking of international accounts, onboarding status, and partner activity.
  • Supports world-language catalogue growth by assisting with onboarding and coordination of non-English titles.
  • Supports initiatives that increase international distribution and sales of author content through retail and global print partner channels.
  • Assists with preparation, onsite support, and follow-up for international tradeshows and industry events.
  • Acts as a coordination point between Sales, Marketing, Operations, ISD and IT.
  • Operates with defined responsibility for coordination and follow-up, escalating commercial decisions and strategic opportunities to the International Business Development Manager.
  • Performs other related sales support duties as required.

Basic/Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience supporting international sales, account management, partnerships, or onboarding functions.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English or languages

Essential Physical Demands

  • Combination of standard office environment and remote work
  • Sedentary work
  • Ability to sit at workstation for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time
  • Ability to operate computer equipment, including keyboard and monitor, phone equipment and other necessary office equipment
  • Occasional international travel is required to support trade shows, events, or partner meetings.
