IBG North America specializes in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging in the beauty industry. Together, we are concept builders and boosters with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands.

We are currently seeking a talented and hands-on Creative Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing & Innovation team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will help shape powerful brand stories, build impactful presentations, and create strategic marketing assets that inspire and influence our clients and key stakeholders.

Curious - You often find yourself lost in beauty/retail store aisles observing new packaging and innovative gestures. Our ideal candidate will look deep within what drives the aesthetic and function of beauty packaging on the market.

Collaborative – You openly share your new ideas with others and are very receptive to different types of feedback. We win as one team and use each designer’s unique point of view to help better inform our design decisions.

Positive Attitude – creative design in beauty packaging has it’s own unique obstacles. The ideal candidate will remain positive when presented with design challenges during the packaging design development process.

This position is for a new vacancy.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Support the development of marketing narratives and concept storytelling for client innovation presentations and priority retail accounts

  • Build and design client-facing presentations, concept decks, and marketing materials used in sales and innovation discussions

  • Translate consumer insights and trend research into product concepts and marketing stories

  • Assist in developing marketing assets for trade shows, client meetings, and retail presentations

  • Create product and packaging visualization to support concept development and innovation discussions

  • Collaborate closely with NPD, and Sales teams to support client presentations and concept development

Requirements

ABOUT YOU:

• 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, creative marketing, brand, or CPG environments

• Strong presentation development and visual storytelling skills

• Ability to translate ideas, trends, and marketing concepts into clear visual communication

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Design capability in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier Pro, InDesign and Acrobat), Canva and other presentation tools

• Beauty, CPG, or agency experience considered an asset
