We are a private equity firm established in 2015 by health and wellness entrepreneurs. We specialize in buyout investments within the lower-middle-market, focusing on wellness and better-for-you brands.

We aim to provide long-term value to our portfolio companies. Our integrated team combines sector expertise with hands-on management, guiding companies from acquisition to exit. We partner with founders and management teams to support profitable growth.

We have invested across three fund families. Our expertise includes private equity, growth equity, and buyouts for wellness investments. This includes VMS, food and beverage, personal care, and nutraceuticals. We also assist with brand building, growth marketing, product innovation, and channel, operations, and supply chain management across retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel strategies.

We operate with a focus on building health and wellness brands. WM Partners is certified as a diverse-owned firm by the National Association of Investment Companies. Our portfolio companies include brands such as Allergy Research Group, From Great Origins (FGO), and Raw Sugar Living.

Our team consists of 11 to 50 individuals. We operate with an integrated investor-operator approach, providing hands-on management.

Compensation may also include commission plans and annual discretionary bonuses, with base salary ranges varying by role.
