As a Front Office manager at Innovative Beauty Group (IBG), you are the one who makes sure our office runs smoothly every single day. You create a pleasant and well-organized work environment, support colleagues in doing their best work and constantly look for ways to improve our daily operations. With your eye for detail, service mindset and strong organizational skills, you are the beating heart of our office. In addition you are the face of IBG; the first person people see and meet when they enter our building, and the one who makes them feel welcome from the very first moment.

Within IBG Netherlands, we specialize in turnkey solutions, private label and packaging in the Beauty and Home Care industry. Together we are concept builders with global opportunities for well-known retailers and brands from your favorite shopping street. What will you do as Front Office Manager
In this role, you ensure that the office is a place where everyone can work comfortably, safely and efficiently. You are the go-to person for colleagues, visitors and suppliers and you keep an overview of everything that is needed to keep the office running. Ultimately, it’s about making sure day-to-day operations run smoothly and looking for opportunities to improve how we work together.
You will
Address employees’ questions related to office management (such as stationery, hardware and travel arrangements);
Manage contracts and price negotiations with vendors and suppliers (including groceries, cleaning, catering, stationery and security);
Coordinate our BHV (company emergency response) policy and ensure a safe working environment;
Act as the first point of contact for visitors and delivery services, including handling incoming phone calls;
Take care of various administrative support tasks to keep everything organized and up to date.

Requirements
Your profile:
You are service-minded, proactive and enjoy being the “spider in the web” who keeps everything and everyone connected. You are people-oriented and feel at home in a dynamic environment, switch easily between different tasks and stay organized, even when things get busy.
This is what you bring to the table:
At least MBO level;
2 or more years of experience in a similar role;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you can get your message across clearly;
Experience with contract management;
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
Multitasker is your middle name and you are able to prioritize your work;
Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
