We are currently looking for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager responsible for aligning sales forecasts with operational capabilities through robust demand planning, enhanced reporting, and collaborative cross-functional communication. This role will focus on creating new reporting tools, automating existing reports, and bridging the information gap between sales and operations to drive data-driven decision-making. In addition, they will manage certain reporting activities within the supply chain function to ensure a cohesive, integrated planning process.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
· Develop, implement, and maintain S&OP processes that balance sales demand with operational capacity.
· Design and create new reporting tools that provide actionable insights for sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
· Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and ensure real-time data availability.
· Bridge data and reporting capabilities between sales and operations to foster alignment and transparency.
· Lead demand planning efforts, incorporating input from sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations stakeholders.
· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to sales forecasts, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
· Integrate supply chain reporting into overall S&OP dashboards to ensure end-to-end visibility.
· Identify reporting gaps, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement in data management processes.
· Partner with IT or BI teams to ensure data accuracy, system integration, and dashboard usability.
· Support executive decision-making by delivering timely, accurate, and insightful reports.
Requirements
ABOUT YOU:
Qualifications
· 5+ years of relevant experience in S&OP, demand planning, reporting automation, or supply chain analytics.
· Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
· Experience with ERP or supply chain planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, etc.).
· Proven track record in process improvement, automation, and cross-functional communication.
· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
· Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights for multiple stakeholders.
· University degree in business, supply chain or related discipline
· Experience working in a global, matrixed environment , preferred
