As a Senior Graphic Designer at Innovative Beauty Group (IBG), you transform creative directions into strong, commercial designs that stand out on the shelf and across channels. Imagine walking through a store feeling incredibly proud because one of your designs is on the shelves, knowing that the design you created not only captures consumers’ attention but is also commercially successful. You combine deep expertise in packaging, branding with an eye for beauty trends and detail and are able to easily design in different styles for different target groups. What will you do as Senior Graphic Designer
In this role, you are responsible for creating distinctive, on‑brand packaging and graphic designs for beauty and personal care products. You translate creative briefs and directions into concrete design solutions, safeguard visual consistency across product lines, and help shape our internal design and brand standards. You work closely with sales, product development, innovation and sourcing colleagues to ensure that what you design is not only beautiful, but also technically feasible and commercially relevant.
You will
Turn creative directions and client briefings into eye‑catching packaging and branding designs that fit the brand, target group and commercial goals;
Design labels, boxes, gift sets and full visual systems (typography, colour palettes, graphic elements) for a wide range of beauty products, from shampoo and skincare to accessories and seasonal collections;
Prepare designs for artwork and print, optimising formats, colours and technical requirements while ensuring quality and consistency at every stage;
Develop concept visualisations, mockups and digital assets (if possible with AI tools) for client presentations and pitches that clearly tell the story behind our designs;
Stay on top of beauty, packaging and visual design trends, consumer insights and competitor activity, and translate these into fresh, competitive design directions;
Use project management tools (such as ClickUp and Teams) to share work, gather feedback and keep stakeholders aligned across projects.
In addition, you’re just as eager to invest in your own knowledge and skills as you are in those of your teammates. You act as a mentor, support your colleagues in overcoming challenges, and serve as a role model within the team.

Requirements
Your profile:
You are a seasoned graphic designer with a strong sense for beauty, branding and visual storytelling, who enjoys combining conceptual thinking with hands‑on design work. You feel responsible for the quality of your work, enjoy mentoring others and are comfortable operating in a dynamic, international setting.
This is what you bring to the table:
Approximately 7+ years of experience in graphic and packaging design, preferably in beauty, cosmetics or FMCG, or a strong personal affinity with this category;
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools; you turn ideas into clear, attractive and commercially strong visuals;
Curiosity and hands‑on experience with AI‑driven design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Weavy) to enhance creativity and streamline workflows, and a proactive, structured way of working in a fast‑paced, international environment;
Excellent typography and layout skills, with great attention to detail and clear, consumer‑friendly product information;
Solid knowledge of print production processes, packaging materials and technical requirements, plus experience (or interest) in 3D modelling and rendering for realistic product mockups;
