Our nurse-first triage solutions connect patients directly with a licensed, triage-trained nurse in an average of 37 seconds. Our nurses follow protocols customized for each agency and are trained in home health and hospice triage using Schmitt-Thompson guidelines. Our service integrates with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and provides advanced analytics.

We support hospice and home health agencies, health plans, and physician groups. We offer 247 telephone hospice triage, home health triage, a nurse advice line, and patient engagement services for post-discharge follow-up. We launched IntellaHub, our proprietary platform that helps care teams communicate, accurately document in patient medical records, and collect data with benchmark reporting. IntellaHub includes AI-powered tools customized to agency protocols to guide nurses.

Benefits & Perks

We offer a base pay typically starting between $25 and $27 per hour, with potential to increase up to $28-$30 per hour within the first six months. Employees receive three weeks of paid remote training and our supportive clinical team assists them. Our work-from-home model allows for a comfortable, personalized workspace, shorter shifts designed to improve work-life balance, and reduced burnout. Remote work also provides more time with family.

We offer shift differentials of $1 per hour for overnights and $1 per hour for weekends (Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday). Paid time off (PTO) accrues for both part-time and full-time nurses based on hours worked. All part-time and full-time nurses are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. Full-time nurses are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurances. We provide equipment such as a laptop and headset for remote positions.
