Our customer’s product is an AI-powered platform that helps businesses make better decisions and work more efficiently. It uses advanced analytics and machine learning to analyze large amounts of data and provide useful insights and predictions. The platform is widely used in various industries, including healthcare, to optimize processes, improve customer experiences, and support innovation. It integrates easily with existing systems, making it easier for teams to make quick, data-driven decisions to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- 4+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong Python background (async/await, asyncio, type hints, Pydantic, SOLID).
- 2+ years building UIs with React.js.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end practices.
- Experience building and maintaining APIs and microservices with FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Feature engineering pipelines
- Real-time and batch inference systems
- Model serving
- Comfortable working across the full development lifecycle (code reviews, testing, CI/CD, production).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a builder mindset.
- Team player who works well with product, UX, and business stakeholders.
- Curious, proactive, and adaptable — you like learning and moving fast.
Nice to have
- DevOps experience (Docker, CI/CD with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps).
- Kubernetes experience.
- Cloud experience, especially Azure (OpenAI, Blob Storage, Key Vault).
- Knowledge of data security and multi-tenant architectures.
- PySpark or Scala.
Responsibilities
Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Develop clean, async, well-structured code following best practices.
Design and maintain multi-tenant systems.
Integrate third-party APIs (Veeva Vault, Adobe PDF Services, OCR).
Build and optimize React components for performance and usability.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
Ship high-quality features fast and keep improving them.
