As we continue scaling and growing in new markets (EMEA, APAC, and LATAM), we are looking for a Global HR Lead who will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and drive our people strategy.
This role is designed for a strategic, proactive, and hands-on HR expert who’ll take ownership of HR & Recruitment functions and manage teams at scale.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience in IT/ services/ agency companies with 150–300+ people;
- Strong understanding of key HR areas (performance management, engagement, development, organizational effectiveness, HR metrics, etc.)
- Strong expertise in: HR Operations, Talent Management, Recruitment Processes, Employee Experience
- Ability to balance strategy with execution, thinking big and raising the bar, but also delivering results
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and know how to follow through and get things done
- Confidence in using AI tools (or strong willingness to adopt them) to improve efficiency and automate workflows
- Strategic and data-driven mindset
- Experience in building employer branding
- Ability to handle ambiguity and constant change without losing focus
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Would be a plus:
- Experience managing and optimizing two parallel functions (HR & Recruitment)
- Background in fast-growing IT companies;
- Background in diversity and inclusion initiatives is a strong advantage
What you will do
Own the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, probation, performance reviews, L&D, internal mobility, offboarding, etc.) and continuously evolve HR processes and employee experience within our multinational team
Be a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, translating business needs into practical and effective HR solutions
Analyze HR data (attrition, engagement, eNPS, etc.) and turn insights into clear actions and improvements
Leverage AI tools to automate routine processes, improve data analysis, and enhance HR workflows
Work closely with department leaders to align on processes to improve overall efficiency, and challenge and coach them on people-related decisions
Lead complex people relations situations, including sensitive conversations, conflict mediation, and investigations when needed
Drive the development of managers by creating frameworks, materials, and practical guidance
Run the performance management system and drive development initiatives (growth opportunities, mentoring, knowledge sharing, etc.)
Own and build employer branding, including work with platforms like Glassdoor, DOU, and others
Lead and facilitate All Hands meetings, as well as oversee engagement initiatives and company events
Lead and develop a small HR team, supporting their growth and effectiveness
Own HRMS (PeopleForce) to ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and better visibility
