Job description
Are you a detail-oriented compensation analyst with a knack for systems and data? Join Ivanti as a Commissions Analyst and help us ensure our global sales teams are rewarded accurately and on time. Your expertise will drive efficient processes, insightful analytics, and seamless collaboration, fueling our growth and success across continents.
Why this role matters
As a Commissions Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our sales compensation operations. Your work will directly influence how our global sales teams are paid, supported, and motivated—driving our Go-To-Market strategy and enabling Ivanti to deliver cutting-edge solutions worldwide. In this role, you’ll work with colleagues from Finance, Sales Operations, IT, HR, and beyond, and help shape the way we reward performance and recognize achievement. If you’re passionate about leveraging technology, streamlining processes, and ensuring fairness, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Manage and implement sales compensation plans within our commission systems (Callidus/SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile monthly sales bookings with commission payouts—identify and resolve discrepancies to ensure smooth payments.
- Analyze sales performance data, generate regular and ad hoc reports, and build dashboards that clearly communicate compensation to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot issues related to sales analytics, reporting, and system integrity.
- Partner with sales teams to deliver training, answer questions, and support understanding of compensation data.
- Collaborate across Finance, Sales Leadership, Operations, Order Management, IT, and HR to drive process improvements and support business growth.
- Advise on compensation system updates and play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in sales compensation, sales operations, finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills—you’re confident with data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Callidus, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar commission platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; you can explain technical concepts simply.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, global team.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
- Curiosity and initiative—always looking for ways to improve processes.
- Experience in a global company is a bonus.
