We’re currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our Bath manufacturing team!
This is a hybrid position based in Southern California reporting to the Sr. Corporate Counsel. The position provides support to our internal legal department in overseeing corporate governance, ensuring compliance, and preparing legal contracts and documents. The Corporate Paralegal will work cross-functionally with various teams to include; Legal, Operations, Distribution, Production, Finance and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities of Corporate Paralegal:
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts in collaboration with the legal team.
- Assist with contract lifecycle management including tracking deadlines, renewals, and modifications.
- Maintain and update corporate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and file necessary documents with state and federal agencies.
- Perform legal research and gather relevant information to support legal matters and compliance efforts.
- Support contract management activities and help monitor key contractual deadlines.
- Coordinate with different departments such as Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure document accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for legal documents and correspondence.
- Support the Legal department in audits, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation activities.
- Assist in preparation for meetings, presentations, and internal communications related to legal matters.
Compensation: $92,000 + based on experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studies or related field.
Paralegal Certification required
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Corporate Paralegal or in a similar legal support role (preferably in manufacturing, construction, or related industries.)
Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and document management.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in legal research tools and document management software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with ERP or contract management systems is a plus.
