We offer two main solutions: Third Party Recoveries and Credit Lifecycle Insights. Our Third Party Recoveries platform uses AI to create personalized experiences for consumers. This helps our clients get better returns on accounts and helps consumers find repayment solutions. This platform has shown to outperform traditional and digital collection agencies by 30%.

Our Credit Lifecycle Insights solution also uses AI to personalize interactions and improve decisions throughout the credit process. It gives creditors data to better understand consumers, maximize recoveries, and ensure compliance.

Our AI platform automates processes and includes over 1,000 compliance checks. This technology helps us identify the best ways to place accounts, connect with consumers, and determine real-time account sale values. We’ve serviced over $10 billion in debt and have a 4.7-star Google rating and a 90%+ CSAT score with consumers.
