Founded in 2010, we are a global provider of Capital Markets consulting, managed services, and technology. We specialize in financial services for banking, insurance, and pensions.

We develop multi-client managed services by combining technology, personnel, and infrastructure. Our services help clients across the financial industry improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase scalability. We offer mutualized managed services, using our industry expertise, proprietary technology, and capital, and provide a Business Operating Platform-as-a-Service.

We have over 200 clients globally, including Tier 1 and 2 financial institutions, and employ over 1,200 specialists and consultants. We operate from 12 global locations, with offices in cities like London, Amsterdam, Bangalore, Dubai, Dublin, Frankfurt, New York, Singapore, Sydney, and Warsaw. Our global expansion included Benelux in 2013, Singapore in 2016, and the US in 2018. We also acquired VP&P in 2020, and ICP and JDX in 2021.

Roles with us include full stack engineering, KYC analysis, risk and controls, finance transformation, project management for accounting controls, and post-trade services.

Our vision is to ‘Reinvent the Financial Services Value Chain’. We do this by offering a Business Operating Platform-as-a-Service, which is a trusted, mutualized service for financial institutions.
