We are a digital operator and internet and broadband service provider in Pakistan, serving over 70 million subscribers nationwide. Established in 1994, we have built a market presence with our technology, brands, and various services. Our infrastructure includes a nationwide network of contact centers and a fiber optic backbone over 25,000 kilometers long. We have invested billions of dollars in the country, providing nationwide connectivity, customer services, and international roaming in over 150 countries.

We offer a wide range of services, including voice communication, mobile internet, data plans, mobile apps, roaming services, mobile devices, and subscriptions. We provide exclusive tariff plans for individuals, businesses, corporate clients, and multinational organizations. Beyond core telecommunications, we also offer digital products, customer support, network infrastructure, network security, and cloud services. Our expertise also covers Adtech, Edtech, Healthtech, and Insurtech.

Our sales operations focus on developing our retail and distribution networks. This includes managing Biometric Verification System (BVS) activation and Electronic Voucher Cards (EVC), and meeting key performance indicators for services like Recharge, JazzCash, Mobile Broadband (MBB), and our active retail base. We also work on expanding our channels, running local promotional activities, maintaining territory integrity, and building strong relationships with retailers to meet our targets.

We support education, health, and environmental initiatives, and promote sustainable business practices. Our goal is to contribute to a progressive Pakistan through our services and products, driving digital transformation.

We employ between 1,001 and 5,000 individuals. We expect our employees to understand our values and products. Our sales teams work to meet regional targets by developing franchise and retail businesses and resolving daily operational issues. This includes visiting markets for stock and retail audits, and managing assigned franchises to ensure reports are visible and followed up on. We also prioritize building strong relationships with retailers.
