\*\* This is a contract position that begins in March and goes through December 2026, with potential to extend. It is a hybrid position in the Bellevue, Chicago, or Palo Alto area and candidates are expected to work onsite 1-2 days per week**

Our client is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join their Marketing Analytics and Insights team, which is part of their global Marketing Operations & Technology team, servicing Marketing teams across all their entire business.Β The team is analytical in nature, yet strategic in practice. This role will be focused on enhancing efficiency and success while driving the ongoing performance evolution of their marketing, working collectively with team members to deliver marketing data and insights to support decisions around demand generation, pipeline management, market segmentation, and program execution.

Expectations & Tasks

  • Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Identify progress or gaps to monthly/quarterly goals and provide insights/ highlight indicators that may be contributing to or hindering progress via regular reporting rhythms

  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of internal datasets to help optimize marketing efforts throughout the customer lifecycle. This would include, but not be limited to, providing actionable insights to help drive prospect engagement, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Lead cross-channel analysis and impact across marketing efforts (i.e. attribution modeling): provide analysis on tactics, activity, frequency, behaviors and recommendations for enhanced buying experience and channel efficiency and ROI.

  • Identify and present insights and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.

  • Partner with Marketing Intelligence, Strategy, Technology and Automation teams on reporting, technology evaluation, database segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity

  • Refine and provide guidance to marketing leaders in pipeline target setting, resource allocation, and program timing

  • Engage with the extended marketing teams to seek feedback on what’s working / what’s not and frame solutions

  • Coordinate enablement needs across global and regional teams as needed

  • Engage with the global Marketing leadership teams on a regular basis with participation in ongoing business reviews

  • BA degree and minimum of 5 years of related experience required; varied backgrounds and diverse candidates desirable

  • Ability to think in the abstract and understand the intricacies of a complex system.

  • Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau and SAP Analytics Cloud experience preferred.

  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of reporting objects (lead/contact, opportunity, account, etc.)

  • Understanding of/familiarity with marketing demand funnel and attribution models

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to simplify and explain complex ideas, processes, and data structures. Advanced PowerPoint experience a plus.

  • Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration.

  • Natural curiosity, and excitement to stay abreast with the latest marketing technology trends and best practices.

  • Highly accountable with strong project management skills and an ability to meet critical deadlines.

  • Experience conducting training to help users understand reports and metrics.

  • Displays a passion for what you do and a drive to improve.

  • The ideal candidate will have scheduling flexibility to interface with US, EMEA and APJ time zones (may require occasional later/earlier hours depending upon location)
