We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialis t who is hands-on, technically sharp, and enjoys managing campaigns across multiple platforms.

You’ll ensure our clients’ campaigns run smoothly, track accurately, and perform at their best, while growing into a key player optimizing across all channels.

In this role, you will:

πŸ“Š Translate strategy into actionable campaign setups across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, AdRoll, and email platforms

πŸ‘₯ Onboard clients to new platforms and tools

🎨 Upload and configure creative assets, ensuring proper formatting and approvals

πŸ“… Implement campaign scheduling, QA, and performance checks

πŸ§ͺ Set up and monitor A/B tests, automated workflows, triggers, and timing for campaigns

🀝 Collaborate with internal teams and client contacts to confirm goals, audiences, and technical campaign details

βœ‰οΈ Build, QA, and schedule marketing emails, manage lists, and ensure deliverability

πŸ“ˆ Monitor campaign performance, provide reports, and flag trends for optimization

πŸ› οΈ Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain documentation for continuous improvement

Working Hours: This is a full-time role that follows US time zones. There is a requirement to have anΒ  overlap at least 4-5h ET time zone.

To excel in this role, you need:

βœ… 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency preferred)

βœ… Proficient in Meta Ad Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and AdRoll

βœ… Experience with SMS platforms like Tatango

βœ… Experience with MailChimp, Mailjet, Postmark, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar email platforms

βœ… Understanding of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication

βœ… Strong knowledge of GA4, Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and analytics QA

βœ… Familiarity with custom audiences, lookalike targeting, and retargeting

βœ… Working understanding of HTML for email QA and buildout

βœ… Excellent attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

βœ… Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and ability to turn insights into action

βœ… Strong communication and documentation skills to align technical work with non-technical teammates or clients

Brownie points for:

🌟 Experience with additional email or automation platforms

🌟 Knowledge of advanced retargeting or programmatic ad platforms

🌟 Familiarity with non-profit marketing or membership growth campaigns
