Founded in 2008, we operate in 25 European countries in the staffing and recruiting industry. Our platform helps Generation Z move from university to their first jobs. We partner with over 800 universities to provide recruitment and career guidance tools, helping more than 5 million students find opportunities. We also connect over 250,000 recruiters with young talent, helping companies find the right candidates and understand what Gen Z expects from employers.

We’ve raised €68 million. We’re developing new initiatives, including an AI-powered data annotation service. This involves partnering with major AI companies like OpenAI, Mistral, and Meta. We’re also building a new service for skill-based employment for students, graduates, and experienced professionals.

Our technical stack uses a microservices architecture with Go, Ruby, React, and cloud technologies.
