We provide a fractional hiring team and recruiting infrastructure. Our “Inside-Out strategy” means we help you develop careers pages, create talent-focused messages, set up recruiting technology and internal processes, and train hiring managers.
Our fixed-pricing model has saved clients over $800,000 in recruitment costs, offering an alternative to traditional recruitment agency fees that can range from 15-30% of annual base salaries.

We have between 11 and 50 employees. Our team is passionate, driven, and focused on building strong relationships with clients and candidates. We foster a collaborative environment, offering autonomy and requiring adaptability to changing priorities, reflecting a startup energy.
Our President, John Fleischauer, is based in Ottawa, ON. He has experience scaling global talent acquisition for publicly traded companies. Other team members are in Niagara, ON, and Ottawa, ON. We support remote work, though some roles require periodic travel.
