Let’s start with the role
As an FP&A Specialist at Betano Brazil, you will be the analytical engine driving our strategic growth in one of the world’s most dynamic gaming markets. This isn’t about just tracking history; it’s about predicting the future. You will translate complex operational data into the financial narratives that guide our C-suite’s decision-making.
In a high-stakes industry where user behavior and regulatory shifts happen in real-time, you will be responsible for building the models that ensure Betano remains the market leader in Brazil.
As an FP&A Specialist, you will:
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for the Brazil business unit, ensuring alignment between local goals and global targets;
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue), NGR (Net Gaming Revenue), and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) vs. budget;
- Deep-dive into monthly “Actual vs. Plan” discrepancies, providing clear, actionable commentary on why we missed or exceeded beat our targets;
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to evaluate the ROI of major campaigns, sponsorship deals (like our football club partnerships), and new product launches;
- Prepare high-impact monthly decks for the Brazil Country Manager and Group CFO, turning raw data into a compelling story of business health;
- Collaborate with the Treasury team to forecast local cash requirements in a volatile currency environment.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field;
- Proficiency in English;
- Solid experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking;
- Experience in high-growth tech, e-commerce, or iGaming is a major plus;
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (complex nested formulas, power query, and robust financial architecture);
- Strong experience with ERPs (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
