We are a North American proprietary trading firm active on derivatives and securities exchanges worldwide. Founded in Chicago in 2006, the DV Group of financial services firms spun out of a large brokerage firm in 2016. We operate as an independent proprietary trading firm, using our own capital, trading strategies, and risk management to provide liquidity to global financial markets and hedging opportunities for commodity producers and users.

Our divisions include DV Trading, which focuses on proprietary trading and providing liquidity; DV Securities, which funds counterparties; DV Commodities, which trades crude oil, refined products, natural gas, power, and emissions; and DV Investment Management, which offers some of our proprietary strategies to qualified investors. We trade various global markets, including exchange and over-the-counter commodity futures, fixed income, equities, options, foreign exchange, and cryptocurrency products. Our affiliates also include two broker-dealers, a cryptocurrency market-making firm, and an investment adviser.
