Let’s start with the role
As a Programmatic Specialist at Kaizen, you will be responsible for the Programmatic Display, Video & App buying. We are looking for a motivated specialist who can utilize their existing Real-Time Bidding (RTB) ad operations and marketing skills and be involved in owning & developing the channel across all our markets. As this business area is under remarkable growth and investment this year and will keep on growing for the upcoming months, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on our success.
As a Programmatic Specialist, you will:
- Manage and take ownership of programmatic display, video and app campaigns, including RTB and YouTube;
- Set-up, manage and optimize brand and programmatic campaigns, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded;
- Optimize campaign performance across RTB platforms, striving to consistently refine tactics and produce exceptional results for our brands across all markets;
- Initiate and manage the creative briefing process for YouTube ads and provide creative input to ensure alignment with performance goals;
- Develop insights, reporting and analysis to inform the local markets;
- Interpret attribution modeling and 3rd party analytics data.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Statistics/Data analysis or other relevant fields or equivalent practical experience;
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Display, App, YouTube and Programmatic advertising, preferably in an agency environment - experience in the iGaming Industry is considered a plus;
- Experience in display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad exchanges, DSP platforms (preferably DV360 & Adform), attribution models and associated technologies and using Google Marketing Platforms;
- Experience in In-App advertising platforms (including but not limited to Liftoff, Moloco, Axon)
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently;
- Advanced Excel skills are essential;
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and innovation;
- A strong passion for creative strategy and its application to Programmatic and YouTube campaigns;
- Proven aptitude for numerical detail and analysis;
- Ability to produce high-quality documents with clear and concise business writing.
- Structured and methodical way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands and effectively prioritize tasks;
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, specifically listening, consulting and influencing;
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to navigate and influence within a complex business environment and interact with multiple internal teams to provide solutions;
- Ability to take initiative and create business development opportunities with excellent project management skills;
- Macros & SQL capabilities are considered a plus.
