Let’s start with the role
As our SEO Manager (Maternity Cover), you will lead the day-to-day and long-term SEO strategy for Kaizen Gaming’s international markets. You will drive organic growth (non-branded) and registrations by bridging the gap between internal departments and external agencies.
As a SEO Manager you will :
- Strategic Oversight: Implement and adapt our SEO strategy across diverse regions, from Europe to North and South America.
- Technical & AI Leadership: Supervise in-depth audits while staying ahead of AI Overviews (AIO) and evolving ranking factors.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Use Looker Studio and deep-dive analysis to monitor performance variances and provide actionable insights for Product Managers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, developers, and designers to ensure our “health score” remains industry-leading.
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Academic background in a technical field; marketing studies or certifications are considered a plus
- No prior people management experience required
- Near-bilingual proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Industry experience is not mandatory; experience in regulated industries will be considered an advantage
