What you’ll be doing
Partner closely with senior leaders and the General Manager for Central Europe to drive the People strategy and business performance
Coach and support leaders in day-to-day performance management and leadership development
Manage employee relations cases and advise on organizational changes, work environment, and talent topics
Drive and implement key People initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and retention
Lead and contribute to HR projects and change initiatives supporting business growth
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and minimize legal risks in day-to-day operations
Act as a trusted advisor, balancing business needs with people priorities in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with the wider People team across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Office functions
3–6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, supporting and coaching leaders independently
Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and hands-on experience managing employee relations matters
Experience working in international or matrix organizations
Solid understanding of core HR areas including Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and D&I
Fluent in Polish and English; German is a strong advantage
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive change, lead projects, and implement initiatives in a fast-moving environment
Business-minded, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and execute effectively
