Telemedi, founded in 2014, provides a plug-and-play digital healthcare platform primarily for business-to-business (B2B) clients.

Our platform includes modules for telemedicine, automated triage, AI, medical device monitoring, and API integrations. We offer solutions, implementation services, and remote doctor consultations, adapting to customer expectations and local market needs.

We deliver medical services in 14 languages across 20 countries, with a network of over 500 doctors. We provide ²⁴⁄₇ access to general practitioners and specialists; consultations are often available within five minutes. Our internal data shows that 80% of patients prefer teleconsultations to traditional visits, 96% would use us again, and our doctors have an average rating of 4.⁸⁄₅.

An increasing number of patients globally use our offerings. We specialize in e-health, telemedicine, insurtech, digital health, AI in healthcare, insurance, assistance, healthcare, and virtual clinics. We serve insurance, assistance, healthcare, and financial companies in Europe, the Middle East, South America, and North America. Our clients include AXA, Allianz, Generali, PZU, VIG, Mondial, Europ Assistance, and Novartis.

We also engage in initiatives like ‘Doctors for Ukraine,’ launched with DocPlanner, to connect people needing medical help with specialists providing free consultations. We also offer a hybrid healthcare approach for the elderly.

We aim to combine our expertise with technology to expand access to hybrid health, enabling people to live and feel secure globally. We focus on integrating the humane factor into digital healthcare.

Our team has 51-200 employees. Our work environment is dynamic and high-initiative, particularly within the product-focused IT team. Developers collaborate closely with Product Managers/Owners and Quality Assurance specialists to deliver business value. Our culture emphasizes mentoring, embracing feedback, and continuous improvement of development practices. We actively work on improving legacy code through incremental changes and use a modern architecture combining microservices and monolith components. Employees are encouraged to participate in code reviews and architectural design.
