We are looking for a motivated Jr Brand Manager to join our marketing team and support the development and execution of brand strategies to drive growth and strengthen market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and brand strategies.
Support the brand team in executing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, in-store, and trade marketing.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, regulatory, and external agencies to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to inform brand decisions.
Assist in managing promotional materials, packaging updates, and product launches.
Help maintain brand consistency and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Support the tracking of budgets, performance metrics, and prepare reports on brand activities.
Contribute to the organization of events, trainings, and other brand-related initiatives.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1 - 3 years of marketing or brand management experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
Strong interest in brand building and consumer marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Fluent in English and Dutch; additional language skills are a plus.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate across functions.
