Job Description
We are looking for a Software Architect Integration to help us design secure, scalable and future ready integration solutions within our Axon Project Delivery domain. If you enjoy translating complex enterprise landscapes into clear end to end solution designs and guiding teams and customers towards sustainable architectural decisions, we would like to meet you.
Key about your role
As a Software Architect Integration within the Axon Project Delivery team, you are responsible for shaping and governing the end to end solution architecture within customer implementations. You ensure that Axon based solutions fit within the customer’s enterprise landscape, architectural standards and long term roadmap.
You define and maintain architecture across business, application, data, integration and technology layers. You translate business strategy and requirements into implementable architectural designs that balance scope, timelines and long term sustainability.
You define Axon integration interfaces, message semantics and event models for both internal and external consumers. You guide teams on event driven integration patterns, synchronous and asynchronous communication choices and compatibility management. You ensure that integration contracts and specifications are clear, maintainable and aligned with enterprise standards.
You contribute to architectural governance within delivery. You participate in architecture reviews, document architectural decisions and help manage architectural risks and trade offs. You safeguard non functional requirements such as security, privacy, performance, resilience, auditability and observability.
You facilitate architecture discussions with customer stakeholders, clarify constraints, explain design options and support decision making at different levels within the customer organisation. You shape transition and migration approaches from current to target architectures and identify dependencies required for stable and predictable delivery.
Key about your team
The Project Delivery team is responsible for project implementations in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Norway. This is where our solutions are put into practice. We work closely with customers to implement our insurance software successfully and ensure it delivers real business value. We coordinate with all stakeholders involved in customer implementations and translate business requirements into solid, sustainable configurations and technical solutions. Our focus is clear: enabling customers to run their processes effectively and serve their own clients well.
The team consists of functional consultants, implementation consultants, architects and software engineers working together in self organizing Scrum teams. We organize our work to deliver high quality solutions and achieve consistent customer satisfaction.
