We provide SaaS platforms for the European insurance and pension industries. Our solutions help clients optimize business processes and adapt to future requirements.

Our offerings include insurance software, pension software, banking and finance solutions, migration services, and legacy system replacement. We develop and improve software using agile methodologies. We focus on quality, automation, and performance, addressing areas like financial calculations, settlements, payments, and accounting integrations.

We operate a ²⁴⁄₇ ISO-certified private cloud SaaS environment for our clients.

We are headquartered in Utrecht, Netherlands. We serve over 225 insurance and pension companies across countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Switzerland, and the Netherlands Antilles. We employ over 675 people.

Our operations are organized into Scrum or DevOps teams, usually with about eight people. These teams guide, mentor, deliver results, and manage software environments.

We have a strong engineering culture and encourage collaboration across product lines and departments. Our teams are often cross-functional and international.

We offer a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility between working from home and the office. We have an active community of ‘Keylaners’ and host weekly social events, including after-work drinks at our in-house pub every Thursday. We also support continuous learning and professional development through our ‘Academy,’ which offers various courses and training.

We offer competitive salaries, typically €4,100 to €7,000 gross per month for a 40-hour week.

You’ll receive an 8% holiday allowance and an annual profit share, usually equal to one month’s salary. Travel is reimbursed with an NS Business card or €0.23 per kilometer.

We give you 24 holiday days, with the option to buy more, plus 7 inclusion days that can be swapped with Dutch national holidays. We also have a pension scheme where you can save extra, and we support your health with a vitality program.

Employment usually starts with a one-year contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent. When you’re in the office, we provide free lunch. For remote work, you get a daily allowance of €4 net and a monthly internet allowance of €35 net. You can also work remotely from abroad for up to two months a year. We support your professional growth through our Academy, which offers various courses and training.
