About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Intern to join our Global Shared Services team in Milan. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international finance environment within the video games industry.
As an AR Intern, you will support the Accounts Receivable team with day-to-day activities across multiple entities worldwide. You’ll gain exposure to key financial processes and contribute to the smooth operation of our global finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and issuance of domestic and international customer invoices
Support the allocation and reconciliation of customer payments
Help process InterCompany re-invoicing transactions
Assist in monitoring and following up on outstanding receivables
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across regions to ensure accurate and timely processing
Fluency in written and spoken Italian - this is a must
Fluency in written and spoken English
Graduate or undergraduate degree in economics
Knowledge of the Office package, in particular, Excel
Excellent organizational skills
Aptitude for working in team
Ability for problem-solving
Hybrid model (after trail period is confirmed 4 days office 1 day remote)
