DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance and wellness initiatives.
Help update and maintain the benefits database and employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance such as SSS, HMO, Insurance, TendoPay etc.
Support the HR team in preparing benefits-related communications and educational materials for employees.
Assist in open enrollment processes, including managing employee inquiries and collecting necessary documentation.
Participate in employee engagement activities that promote benefits awareness and utilization.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits programs and assist with resolving issues.
Must be taking internship/practicum units
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resource or any related field.
Prior internship in HR or administrative roles is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling confidential information.
