We were founded in 2013 as LendingHome and specialize in residential 1-4 mortgage financing and hard money lending. We provide capital to residential real estate investors (REIs) to help them scale their businesses and revitalize U.S. housing stock, creating move-in ready homes and rental properties.

Our offerings include bridge loans for fix-and-flip projects, rental loans for investment properties, and new construction financing. We also offer capital solutions for large-scale investment projects. Our online platform uses data and technology to automate manual tasks and streamline approvals, making financing faster and simpler. Appraisals aren’t always required for bridge loans, but they are for rental loans. We lend exclusively to business entities for single asset properties like 2-4plexes, attached/detached PUDs, manufactured homes, and single-family properties across 49 states plus Washington D.C.

We’ve originated over $30 billion in loans to real estate investors, funding over 100,000 flips, rentals, and new builds. We report a 95% successful exit rate for transactions. We also provide a tool for investors to estimate After Repair Value (ARV), cash to close, interest rates, and comparable valuations for fix-and-flip projects.
