About Erasca, Inc.

We are a clinical-stage precision oncology company, founded in 2018. We focus on discovering, developing, and commercializing therapies for RAS- and MAPK pathway-driven cancers, which affect about 5.5 million people worldwide each year.

Our approach uses a variety of treatments —small molecules, large molecules, and protein degraders —either alone or in combination. We have three main strategies to disrupt RAS/MAPK signaling: targeting nodes upstream and downstream of MAPK (MAPKlampTM), directly targeting RAS, and targeting escape routes through other proteins or pathways.

We also have environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives. For example, the Erasca Foundation, started in May 2021, funds cancer research, patient advocacy, and support for underserved populations. Our offices are LEED certified (San Diego Gold, San Francisco Platinum) and include features like electric vehicle charging stations, indoor bike racks, and employee recycling programs.

If our products become commercially available, we plan to ensure inclusive clinical trial participation and provide drug access through patient assistance and compassionate use programs. We have offices in San Diego, California, and South San Francisco.
