We are a remote-first company. This means employees can work from anywhere in the US or abroad on a travel visa, and some roles support remote work across North and South America.

We offer flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) in addition to ten paid holidays. We provide paid parental leave: up to 12 weeks at 100% salary for a birthing parent and up to 4 weeks for a non-birthing parent. We also provide eligible employees with a new hire equity grant.
