Kojo

Kojo, founded in 2018, develops a materials procurement platform for trade and self-perform general contractors. Our software connects office teams, field crews, warehouses, and vendors on one platform. This system helps contractors control their procurement process, saving on material costs, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.

We offer construction material management and purchasing software that streamlines material procurement. The platform integrates with existing systems to synchronize material cost data across teams and connect procurement directly to vendors. Kojo was named to Inc.’s 2024 Best in Business List in Software and recognized as a “2024 Top Construction Technology Firm” by Construction Executive Magazine.

We are a remote-first company. This means employees can work from anywhere in the US or abroad on a travel visa, and some roles support remote work across North and South America.

We offer flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) in addition to ten paid holidays. We provide paid parental leave: up to 12 weeks at 100% salary for a birthing parent and up to 4 weeks for a non-birthing parent. We also provide eligible employees with a new hire equity grant.
