About The Role
This role is part of our Digital team, where your internal title will be Associate, Digital; working primarily in a business analysis capacity across client engagements.
As a Business Analyst, you are an early-to-mid career professional with a strong foundation in process improvement and a desire to grow both your technical and consulting skill set. Leveraging your analytical background, you will support the delivery of digital products for our clients through requirements gathering and process optimization solutions that help organizations better understand their business needs and make informed strategic decisions.
In addition to your core analysis work, you will gain exposure to broader areas of digital consulting, including digital product development, digital transformation, and user experience (UX/CX). You are interested in understanding how business requirements support product decisions, customer experiences, and overall business strategy.
You will work closely with senior analysts, engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders across a variety of client engagements. With guidance and mentorship, you will contribute to analysis initiatives including process mapping, requirements documentation, stakeholder interviews, and gap analysis, while also building broader consulting skills across areas such as project management, user experience, and design thinking.
You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously improve your analytical and consulting capabilities.
What You’ll Do
- Support client and internal teams in understanding complex business problems and translating them into clear functional requirements
- Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement under the guidance of senior team members
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather and document business needs
- Assist in creating documentation, including user stories, process flows, and business requirements documents
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
- Communicate findings clearly through reports, presentations, and process maps
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve project workflows and requirement gathering methodologies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or strategy-focused role
- Experience with requirements gathering methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or similar)
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
- Foundational understanding of digital product lifecycles and business analysis best practices
- Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
- Interest in learning about industry-specific trends, data governance, and strategic planning

The estimated compensation for this position is $70,000 - $78,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
