About the Opportunity:
In this internship, you’ll be an integral part of our operations and sales teams, supporting them while learning from industry experts. You’ll have the chance to dive into the intricacies of crafting unforgettable journeys to Japan, from managing quotations and bookings to coordinating with suppliers and ensuring seamless trip delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in researching and planning travel itineraries for clients.
Support the booking process, assist in travel document preparations.
Assist in providing exceptiuonal customer service to clients, both in email and over the phone.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and file organization.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.

Requirements:
Passion for Japan and travel industry
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
Fluency in Dutch language and English is a must; knowledge of Japanese or additional languages is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
