We are on the lookout for a highly skilled AI Voice and Workflow Automation Specialist to join our innovative client in the telecommunications industry. As an AI Voice and Workflow Automation Specialist, you will design, build, and manage intelligent voice agents while developing automation workflows that enhance business operations. Your expertise in real-time conversational AI tools and automation platforms will help streamline processes, improve customer engagement, and drive operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy inbound and outbound AI voice agents using platforms such as Synthflow, Vapi, or Retell AI.
  • Configure and fine-tune voice agents for lead qualification, appointment booking, customer support, and outbound campaigns.
  • Implement real-time Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) services to enable natural, human-like conversations.
  • Ensure voice agents maintain context, handle interruptions smoothly, and deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Oversee the deployment of AI voice solutions for both internal teams and external clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed voice agents and automation workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to voice agent performance and workflow functionality, providing ongoing support to internal teams.
  • Build and maintain complex, multi-step automation workflows using N8N to connect AI voice agents with business systems.
  • Automate tasks such as data logging, task creation, lead routing, and post-call analysis, while implementing robust error handling, logging, and retry mechanisms.
  • Integrate APIs and SaaS tools to create seamless and efficient data pipelines.
  • Assist with HubSpot data management, including data cleansing, deduplication, and the creation of dashboards and custom reports.

Desirable Skills and Experience

Must-haves:

  • Proven experience in developing and deploying conversational AI solutions (voice-focused).
  • Hands-on expertise with at least one of: Synthflow, Vapi, or Retell AI.
  • Strong practical knowledge of N8N for building complex, production-ready workflows.
  • Solid understanding of APIs (REST), webhooks, and data formats like JSON.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with HubSpot CRM (data migration, property creation, automation workflows).
  • Familiarity with Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation tools.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python for custom automation nodes.
  • Background in the telecommunications or related service-based industries.
