Responsibilities
Phase 1: Learning & Training
- Participate in comprehensive orientation and onboarding
- Learn industry best practices and development methodologies
- Gain hands-on experience with relevant tools and technologies
- Shadow and learn from senior team members
- Work on guided training projects
Phase 2: Project Contribution
- Contribute to actual client projects under supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in code reviews, design critiques, and team meetings
- Apply learned skills to solve real business problems
- Document your work and learnings
Desireable Skills
Must-haves:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Multimedia Arts, or related fields
- Able to commit to a minimum of 500 hours or 3 months
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Basic computer literacy
Nice-to-haves:
- Foundational knowledge or coursework in your chosen specialization
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages, design tools, or technologies
- Previous personal or academic projects (portfolio is a plus)
- Passion for technology and innovation
