Job Description
We are starting a new team focused on lead generation and user acquisition for external B2B clients via Telecom-based and Digital marketing channels. To strengthen this direction, we are looking for a skilled User Acquisition Manager to lead campaign strategy and execution, ensuring performance-driven growth for our clients.
Responsibilities:
•Create, implement, monitor, and manage messaging campaigns for user acquisition (SMS/Viber/Google Messages with our proprietary Big Data tools and services).
•Independently manage full-cycle campaigns: from strategy to execution and continuous optimization
•Analyze performance data to ensure strong ROI and effective budget allocation
•Optimize existing creative strategies, funnels, channels and test new ones to improve acquisition metrics
•Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities
•Deliver consistent, positive results while maintaining cost-efficiency
Requirements:
•Proven track record in managing retention or performance-based user acquisition campaigns (CPA model), particularly in e-commerce, banking or insurance verticals
•Solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization techniques
•Experience with email marketing tools or Telecom-based channels (SMS/Viber) driving traffic to digital destinations is a plus
•Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing tools is a plus
•Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio
•SQL knowledge is a plus
•Analytical mindset, self-starter attitude, and a strong focus on delivering profitable outcomes
•Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of campaigns
