Role Overview:
The Client Manager leads client projects, ensuring flawless delivery while building strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Collaborating with Strategy, Design, Naming, Research, and Brand Engagement teams, they align client business needs with the agency’s capabilities and consistently deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and communications. With strong project management skills, experience in a brand or design agency, and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels, the Client Manager is proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at driving client success and uncovering new business opportunities.
What you’ll do:
•Lead end-to-end project management for client brands while ensuring flawless execution and attention to detail.
•Build deep client expertise, align business needs with capabilities, and identify opportunities to grow relationships.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Strategy, Design, Naming, Research, and Brand Engagement teams to deliver successful outcomes.
•Proactively spot opportunities, spark client interest, and drive new business growth.
What you’ll need:
•Strong project management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
•Previous experience successfully leading client projects in a brand/design agency.
•An ability to build strong working relationships internally and externally.
•Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with clients at all levels.
