We are a women-owned financial services firm, founded in 2019 by Deborah Kranz, Shauna Barker, and Laina Payne. We offer financial and accounting solutions to startups at all stages, drawing on Deborah Kranz’s previous experience with Kranz & Associates, an interim financial services company.

We provide a range of services, including:

• Financial Strategy: Forecasting, budgeting & analysis, cash burn & scenario analysis, fundraising & debt.
• Fundraising & Venture Debt: Pitch deck support, developing fundable plans, VC, angel & lender introductions.
• VC Support: Fund management & administration, capital calls & distributions, quarterly investor reports & ROIs, portfolio accounting & valuations.
• Management & Board Support: Developing annual budgets, board participation & support, executive guidance & recommendations.
• Accounting: Month-end close, variance & trend analysis, management & investor reporting KPIs, revenue recognition & technical accounting.
• Human Resources: Payroll processing, onboarding & terms, benefits administration, employee handbooks & policies.
• Transactional Support: Accounts receivable, invoicing & collections, accounts payable & expense report processing, fixed asset tracking.
• Cost Accounting: Inventory tracking, valuation & bill of materials, gross margin & variance analysis.
