For M&A projects, we offer operational diligence, merger integration, and carve-out initiatives. We also implement digital services and solutions such as Anaplan, CPM/EPM (Corporate Performance Management / Enterprise Performance Management) for budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting, ERP, Analytics, Data Integration, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). These solutions help CFOs with practical and scalable planning and reporting capabilities. We maintain strong data and analytics capabilities and CFO technology solutions that span strategy to implementation. About 1,000 of our people focus on analytics, machine learning, and AI for private equity. We were founded in 2009.
