About Leadr

We were founded in 2018 to build software and coaching programs that help managers lead high-performing teams. Our goal is to increase manager capacity, boost team productivity, and reduce employee turnover.\n\nOur platform includes tools like an AI Notetaker that offers in-app manager coaching, objectives, reviews, and 1:1 meeting structures. The AI Notetaker records meeting notes and action items, gives daily insights, and analyzes meeting data to help managers improve. We added modules for measuring employee engagement (Insights, June 2022) and employee recognition (Recognition, April 2023). Personalized Development Plans (PDPs) were introduced in March 2024 to support individual growth, and our AI-powered Working Genius Assistant, launched in January 2025, helps optimize collaboration.\n\nWe also provide live manager coaching and training through Leadr Academy. The Academy offers curriculum on leadership skills such as effective 1:1s, conflict resolution, feedback, communication, and integrating AI into workflows. We launched Manager Training in August 2024 and partnered with Patrick Lencioni’s The Table Group to offer The Leadr Advantage.\n\nWe support over 45,000 leaders. By December 2021, we had onboarded our 500th customer, and by April 2022, we had over 10,000 active monthly users.
