Job Description
We’re looking for a talented and curious Senior Insurance Product Analyst who is eager to join us in creating the most loved home insurance product on the planet.
As part of the Insurance Product team, you’ll collaborate with our Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting experts to ensure we profitably grow Lemonade Home, crafting a customer centric experience that makes insurance fast, simple and delightful. You will help drive forward our product roadmap, while monitoring and measuring the progress of key initiatives.
In this role you’ll
Lead analytical initiatives supporting Insurance and Engineering for new and existing products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Actuarial, Insurance Operations, and Underwriting—to develop policy coverage, pricing, competitive studies, and eligibility criteria
Build and maintain business reports, dashboards, and performance indicators to track core metrics
Conduct advanced analyses to inform product feature development and state strategies
Monitor and evaluate the impact of product changes, state launches, and ongoing initiatives
What you’ll need
3+ years of P&C experience, preferably personal lines
Strong project and product management skills
Experience analyzing and interpreting large data sets
Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL - reporting, dashboard creation, data manipulation
B.S. in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Insurance, or related field
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret findings, and make actionable recommendations
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and team-oriented approach
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Enthusiasm about learning and working with AI – a commitment to embracing this field is a fundamental part of our culture
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Lemonade’s US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000-90,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
