Responsibilities:
- Revise and establish advanced operations processes
- Mentor product analytics team
- Build new analytics and reporting capabilities to support product evaluation and operations
- Intake on business needs and apply contextual knowledge in order to scope data requests, synthesize insights, and recommend solutions in collaboration with others
- Work with product leaders to enable market-facing solutions using data insights
- Effectively communicate with cross-functional partners and internal teams to deliver solutions in a timely fashion
- Establish A/B testing processes across product teams
- Assist with talent acquisition efforts and facilitate training programs within team.
Requirements:
- Experience in leading projects and mentoring teams of data analysts.
- Strong desire to collaborate and ability to come up with creative solutions.
- SQL/Database experience is required
- Advanced working knowledge and experience with Python
- A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large disconnected datasets
- Experience in fintech, finance, or trading
- Experience in machine learning, deep learning, search, data science, or computer vision is a big plus
