Job Overview
Libertex Group is looking for a Copywriter with solid hands-on experience to join our in-house Creative Studio at Libertex.
This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and performance-driven copy. You will work on everything from large-scale brand campaigns to highly focused user acquisition assets across multiple digital channels.
A key requirement for this role is strong working knowledge of AI tools. AI is part of our daily workflow, not an experiment. The right candidate knows how to use it to move faster, think broader, and iterate smarter without losing craft or judgment.
You don’t need to be a senior, but this is not a junior role. The complexity, speed and volume of work require someone who already understands how modern digital copywriting works in practice.
What Will You Do?
- Write copy for brand campaigns, user acquisition campaigns, and always-on marketing
- Develop short headlines, ad copy, slogans, scripts, and messaging across formats
- Create copy for paid social and display ads, video scripts (short and mid-form), landing pages, and digital assets
- Adapt tone and messaging across different markets, channels, and objectives
- Work closely with the Creative Director, designers, motion designers, and account managers
- Use AI tools (including but not limited to ChatGPT) as part of the creative and production workflow
- Ensure copy aligns with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and performance goals
- Manage multiple projects in parallel while maintaining quality and clarity
Key Skills Required
- Native understanding & experience in LatAm or SEA markets
- Proven experience as a copywriter (agency or in-house); not a junior profile
- Strong writing skills with a clear understanding of purpose-driven copy
- Experience writing both brand and performance / acquisition copy
- Mandatory: working knowledge of copywriter AI tools, (prompting, iteration, refinement)
Familiarity with additional AI tools (image, video, automation, or research-based tools)
- Solid understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (paid social, display, video, landing pages)
- Ability to handle multiple briefs and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- English language skills to IELTS Level 5 or above
- Previous experience in fintech, trading, crypto, or other regulated industries
Additional Skills Preferred
- Ability to interpret basic data or insights and translate them into creative angles
- Experience working in an in-house creative studio
- Working knowledge of Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets
- Curiosity for emerging creative technologies and workflows
