We were established in 1998 as an IT business consultancy and managed services provider. We deliver technology solutions and support to businesses across the New York metropolitan area, including non-profits, healthcare, financial services, real estate, and automotive sectors.

Our services cover Cloud Computing, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Managed IT Services, Professional IT Services, IT Support, IT Consulting, IT Staffing, Virtualization, IT Infrastructure, IT Project Management, Help Desk, and Data Center. We also offer branded solutions like ProCare, ITCare, DataCare, CloudCare, and SecureCare, which include private cloud hosting, colocation, end-user support, server, storage, and network monitoring, and business continuity planning. We support hardware, infrastructure, desktop virtualization, and AI-based applications.

For cybersecurity, we provide internet security, firewall configuration and administration, advanced endpoint detection and response (EDR), and incident response. We recently introduced Zerto Cloud Vault Powered by LincolnIT. Our operations are guided by a three-pillar approach: People, Process, and Products. We partner with various technology companies, including manufacturers and alliance partners, and use tools like ConnectWise for professional services automation and remote monitoring management. Our offices are located in Hicksville, NY (headquarters), East Hampton, NY, and New York City, NY.

We have between 51 and 200 employees. Our culture is service-oriented, which we call “Tech-Driven. People-Focused.” We are deeply focused on our customers and dedicated to helping them succeed. Co-founders Theodore Cillis, President and CEO; John Antimisiaris, Vice President and CTO; and Gary Cioffi, member/partner for contracts and business development, lead our organization. Our team includes sales and technical engineering staff, along with certified engineers.
