• LinkSquares’ Contract Drafting uses AI data to generate drafts for various contract types, such as vendor contracts, SLAs, and NDAs. You can also import third-party drafts.
• Our Contract Review & Negotiation platform helps you evaluate contracts against preferred terms, flags deviations, and provides AI redline suggestions. It also supports real-time document collaboration, multi-level approval workflows, status tracking, and eSignature.
• Contract Analytics extracts over 120 dates and clauses, including expirations, renewals, jurisdiction, limitation of liability, and payment terms. This feature tracks contract volume, task completion, identifies bottlenecks, monitors compliance, and generates risk assessments.
• Our Project Management feature generates and assigns tasks from legal requests, supports recurring subtasks and attachments, and centralizes tracking of team tasks.
• For Integrations, we offer pre-built connections with platforms like Google Drive, OneDrive, Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Dropbox, Slack, DocuSign, Adobe Sign, SharePoint, ShareFile, Amazon S3, and Box, as well as an open API.
• LinkSquares Analyze is our AI-powered contract repository for data extraction, risk reduction, revenue boosting, and insights.
• LinkSquares Finalize is designed for crafting, reviewing, and approving contracts, featuring customizable templates and dynamic workflows.
• The LinkSquares Risk Scoring Agent provides AI-powered risk assessments based on an organization’s specific risk profiles.
• Our Agentic AI for Contract Management introduces an agentic architecture for intuitive searching, editing via a conversational interface, and proactive insights from autonomous agents.
