Location: Remote
We are looking for a proactive, independent person who will take ownership of our company’s daily social media activities. In this role, you will be a key support to the Marketing Team, executing our social media strategy and translating it into concrete, engaging actions.
You will work closely with our Content Writer and Graphic Designer to ensure consistent communication and alignment with the direction set by the marketing department. You will receive a complete, overarching social media strategy. Your responsibility will be to adapt it on an ongoing basis to current trends, industry shifts, and analytical insights.
As a Social Media Specialist, you will work with clearly defined KPIs that support the achievement of our business goals. We value your initiative, accountability, and engagement in developing our brand’s social media presence.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
🔹 Creating and publishing content for LLI’s official LinkedIn
🔹 Preparing a monthly content calendar
🔹 Researching topics and monitoring social media and industry trends
🔹 Creating content for the company Tech Leaders’ profiles (e.g., CTO, Co-Founder)
🔹 Analyzing competitors’ activities and recommending areas for optimization
🔹 Moderating and managing interactions in comment sections
🔹 Weekly performance analysis of posts on our profiles (campaigns + organic)
🔹 Monthly reporting and updating KPIs in dedicated spreadsheets
🔹 Planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist
✅ Fluency in Polish and English (C1), our channels are run in English
✅ Strong ability to independently organize work and manage projects end-to-end
✅ Knowledge of current social media trends and the ability to apply them effectively
✅ Familiarity with the IT industry is a strong plus
✅ Experience in B2B communication is welcome

Recruitment Process:
1st Stage: 30-minute video interview with one of our recruitment team members.
2nd Stage: 1-hour video interview with Marketing Manager and Content Creator.
