Logz.io

We founded Logz.io in 2014 in Tel Aviv, Israel, to provide an observability and security platform for cloud-native businesses. We opened our Boston office in 2018, which is now our U.S. headquarters. Our platform helps monitor and secure environments by combining and extending open-source tools for logs, metrics, and traces. It also offers security monitoring through a cloud-based SIEM. Our Open 360 platform brings together telemetry, workflow-driven navigation, and real-time AI insights. Key components include our Observability Platform, which uses unified telemetry and AI insights to resolve issues. An embedded AI Agent helps with root cause analysis, identifies trends, and answers questions in natural language. We also offer Log Management to help users identify issues faster, Metrics for real-time performance tracking and anomaly detection, and Tracing to provide visibility into distributed systems and pinpoint performance bottlenecks. We launched Log Management in 2015, Cloud SIEM in 2019, and expanded our Observability Platform in 2020 to include Infrastructure Monitoring (based on Prometheus) and Distributed Tracing (based on Jaeger). In 2022, we launched the Open 360 Platform, which unifies observability and security data with AI/ML features. AWS recognizes us for our expertise in Generative AI, DevOps, Security, Data & Analytics, and Small and Medium Business Software.

We founded Logz.io out of a passion for open source and its community. We believe in open source and are committed to helping engineers use these tools through an easy-to-use, scalable, open source-based observability platform. Our goal is to help companies maintain application performance and support operations teams.

We are a team of 201-500 employees. Our platform and architecture are built on leading open-source observability tools. We are “built for engineers by engineers” and are passionate about helping DevOps and production engineers get the most out of open source.
