We are a Toronto-based provider of RFP response software, founded in 2014. We help organizations streamline their processes for responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), security questionnaires, Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and other customer inquiries. Our platform helps teams respond faster, improve response quality, and manage projects. We serve over 1,700 global companies across industries such as SaaS and Technology, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Business Services.

We integrate AI technology, called Response Intelligence, which has been trained on over a decade of data, millions of answers, and more than 500,000 projects to help create RFP responses. It automates first drafts, organizes content, and auto-fills answers in web-based portals or documents. We offer content connectors to sources like SharePoint, Google Drive, and websites, and collaboration tools that integrate with Salesforce and Copilot 365. Our software provides AI-driven insights for proposal evaluation, project milestones, and readiness tracking.

Our security measures include SOC 2 Type II certification, end-to-end data encryption (TLS v1.2 in transit, AES-256 at rest), secure hosting on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Single Sign-On (SSO) support, and annual third-party penetration testing. In 2023, we acquired Avnio, an RFP solution, expanding our global presence to the UK and India. Customers using our platform have reported 50% annual time savings, 25% more completed RFPs, and a payback period of less than six months.

Loopio transitioned to a remote-first company in March 2020. Employees are primarily based in Ontario and British Columbia, within a 300 km radius of Toronto or Vancouver, allowing for optional in-person meet-ups.

Loopio’s culture emphasizes collaboration and a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). This commitment includes regular education opportunities, like anti-racism and inclusion workshops, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) for Women, Mental Health, LGBTQ2S+, and Black, Indigenous, and People of Colour.
